Feasibility, design, quantities and programmes before anyone breaks ground.
About half of our recorded commissions are consultancy. For a 1,680-bed student village on a public–private partnership within a Federal Government university, we prepared the financial feasibility study, the architectural, structural and civil design, bills of quantities, material and labour schedules, rendered 3D models and animation, the construction programme, the procurement plan and a ten-year facility and estate management strategy.
Because we build, we can price and programme what we design.
