With design and build, the people who design your project are the people who price it and build it. You deal with one company and one contract, and design gaps cannot become someone else's problem.
Every drawing issued for construction is checked and sealed by a COREN-registered engineer, and by an ARCON-registered architect where the approving authority requires it.
