Site visit, brief, budget check, title and approvals review. Most project risk is priced or ignored here.

Design
Architecture, structure and services designed together, with 3D views where you need to see it before you build.

Quantities & programme
Bills of quantities, material schedules, procurement plan and programme, prepared by the team that will build to them.

Construction
Self-delivered site works with weekly photo reports, inspections before every pour and certified valuations.
- 05
Handover
Testing, snagging, as-built drawings, operation manuals and keys against a closed defects list.
- 06
Aftercare
Defects-period support, then optional property and facility management.

Your money moves only when the work is proven.
Too many Nigerians abroad have sent money home for a house that was never built. Our diaspora service removes the need for trust.
- Funds are held by First Trustees in escrow, not paid to us up front.
- Release happens per milestone (M0 to M8), against a verification pack with geotagged photos, video, test results and a QS valuation.
- Title is checked by a lawyer and surveyor before any money goes into land.
- Weekly reports and calls in your time zone.
