Artizanni Business Services Limited was incorporated in Abuja on 17 September 2012. We design, engineer and build, and we stay accountable for all three.
Artizanni was incorporated in Abuja in 2012 as a general contractor. What we became was set less by strategy than by the work that came in: earthworks for a transmission substation, then a transformer plinth, then a cofferdam in a live river, then housing, then retail, then the drainage and reclamation schemes that now occupy much of our plant.
Each of those moves taught us something we could not subcontract: how a barrage behaves when you dewater it, how a 60MVA transformer arrives and what it will not forgive, how a retail programme collapses if the ductwork is drawn rather than measured. We kept that knowledge in-house. That is why we design, quantify, programme and build, rather than doing only one of them.
Today the practice works across three connected markets: infrastructure and building construction across Nigeria; property development and project management for Nigerians abroad, structured so clients carry no upfront capital risk; and premium interiors through Artizanni Interiors. One discipline binds them: engineering rigour at every stage, and what is agreed on paper is what is delivered on site.

A COREN-registered civil and structural engineer, member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and certified Project Management Professional, with more than fifteen years in Nigerian construction, heavy-equipment operations and engineering practice. He has led Artizanni from a specialist construction practice into an integrated design-build, infrastructure and property group.

One delivery team
- A multidisciplinary bench of architects, civil and structural engineers, quantity surveyors and mechanical and electrical engineers, working as one delivery team.

- A trained artisan base drawn from Nigeria, Ghana and Togo, selected for close attention to finish quality, and a directly employed site team for setting out, reinforcement, formwork and finishes.
- Central coordination, remote project teams and lean, six-sigma-informed practice keep overheads low and quality consistent on every site.

Owned plant shortens the programme.
Hired plant arrives when the hire company can spare it. We hold our own earthmoving and compaction plant, bought through established dealer channels, and hire specialist equipment only where a scheme needs it.

How we work
Principles we hold ourselves to
Sealed by registered professionals
Engineering designs are sealed by COREN-registered engineers and architectural permit drawings by ARCON-registered architects. Nothing is issued for construction without it.
No upfront payments
There are no upfront payments. Every payment is pro rata against certified progress: the client pays Artizanni, and Artizanni pays the team.
Safety stops work
Anyone on our sites can stop an unsafe activity: unshored trenches, failing props, unprotected work at height or live electrics.
Clients' money is protected
For diaspora clients, funds sit in escrow with First Trustees and are released only against evidence.
Related parties disclosed
Where a group company (plant, materials) supplies your project, we tell you and compare at least one independent quote.
Confidential by default
Every brief is under NDA. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and never publish diaspora or secure-space clients.
