Before you appoint us
Which locations do you work in?
We are based in Utako, Abuja. Our recorded work spans Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Nasarawa, Benue and Cross River States and transmission sites in the South-West and North-Central. Interiors are offered in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt. Tell us where your project is and we will confirm.
Do you only take design-and-build contracts?
No. You can appoint us for design only, engineering only, construction to someone else's design, project management, or interiors.
How do you price a project?
After the brief and a site visit we prepare an estimate that states its basis, date and accuracy. A firm price follows design and a bill of quantities. Prices show VAT separately.
Are your designs approved and sealed?
Engineering drawings are sealed by a COREN-registered engineer; architectural drawings for permits are sealed by an ARCON-registered architect.
