Architecture
Briefs, concepts, construction drawings and development-permit packs.
Good architecture in Nigeria has to work with real plots, real budgets, approval offices and the climate. We design homes, estates, commercial and institutional buildings that can be approved, priced and built without surprises.
Our recorded design work includes architectural plans, 3D models and animation for a 1,680-bed student village delivered on a PPP model, and architectural visualisation for a central mosque in Ikoyi, Lagos.
What this covers
- Client brief and space programme
- Concept and schematic design with options
- Rendered 3D models and walk-through animation
- Planning and development-permit drawing packs
- Construction drawings, schedules and specifications
- Design for phased or incremental building
- Value engineering during design, so the drawings match the budget
