Ductwork fabricated on site, services routed before ceilings close, conduit set into the structure as it rises.
We fabricate and install galvanised sheet-metal ductwork on our own projects, forming sections on site so that runs follow the structure as built rather than as drawn. On retail and industrial work this removes a common cause of delay: the clash found after the ceiling grid is up.
Electrical containment follows the same principle. Conduit and back boxes are set into blockwork during construction, and external routes are laid and protected before hard landscaping closes over them.
